The proprietary CELLINA control software provides a comprehensive suite of tools for fermentation management. Its intuitive 15-inch touchscreen interface delivers real-time visualization of all process parameters, while the underlying Siemens S7 PLC ensures deterministic, millisecond-level control reliability.

CELLINA supports multi-step recipe programming with automatic transitions based on custom trigger conditions. Operators can define complex cultivation protocols that seamlessly shift between growth phases, adjusting feed rates, gas flow, pH setpoints, and agitation speeds without manual intervention.

The system also features comprehensive alarm management to detect and alert operators to any process deviations in real time, ensuring the safety and integrity of every culture run.

Fuzzy PID Temperature Control

Temperature regulation employs an advanced Fuzzy PID algorithm that adapts control parameters dynamically to the current setpoint and process conditions. This intelligent approach delivers superior resistance to thermal fluctuations compared to conventional PID controllers.

The system maintains process temperature within a remarkable 0.1 °C accuracy across the full 5 to 80 °C operating range, integrating an internal heater with cold water circulation from an external chiller for rapid response.
